Last-minute AUGUST Burris Douglas "Local" Rifle Match Info

The pre-registration deadline has passed, but we will still be allowing on-site registrations at the August Burris Douglas Local Rifle Match coming up this weekend.

CHECK-IN AND ZERO-CHECK WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 4:00 PM UNTIL 6:00 PM SATURDAY.

Late check-in will be 7:00 to 7:30 AM Sunday morning.

There will be no SAC-LITE challenge this month.

LOCATION / PARKING

The match is held at our Douglas shooting facility. This is a private ranch, so please follow directions, take care of the property, and be respectful so we can continue to shoot here.

To get to the parking area for this match, plug the “virtual address” 598 Wagon Hound Rd. (Douglas) into Google Maps. On Google Maps, this is coincident with an intersection of a driveway with Wagon Hound Rd. Turn north at this intersection onto the driveway. Proceed to the top of the hill. You will find a parking area marked with yellow ribbon starting at the telephone pole at the top of the hill.

Park ONLY longitudinally (that is, parallel to the road) on the SOUTH side of the road (that’ll be your left). Pull off the road so traffic can pass but do not go more than 6 feet off the side of the road. Do NOT drive or turn around in the grass.

SHOOTERS MEETING

We will have a shooters meeting at 7:30 AM Sunday. It is mandatory.
